The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive; they even helped us book last-minute after a rocky start to our adventure, ensuring we felt at home right away. What I loved the most was the shared kitchen – it made our stay feel cozy as we whipped up a quick breakfast before heading out to explore nearby gems like the Miradouro da Senhora do Monte and Commerce Square. With everything nice and clean, and the charming shared lounge, it was easy to unwind after thrilling days filled with sightseeing.
